Lee’s Living Slim course is for private clients and runs over 5-6 weeks.
This concentrated one-to-one diet counselling programme is designed to teach you the strategies you need to live as a slim person, leading to weight loss and stabilisation at the lower weight.
Simply put, Living Slim means eating well – not dieting or bingeing. It means making the right food choices – every day. The Living Slim programme will show you how to stay in control of your eating without feeling deprived, hungry or feeling that you are fighting a daily battle with food.
For London-based clients we meet once a week for consultation (and exercise, if needed) and I speak to you on the phone every day. For clients outside the Greater London area, this course can be conducted by post and telephone.
We work together for five weeks, making subtle changes to the way you eat and the way you deal with the ‘trigger situations’ that have caused you to make the wrong food choices in the past. During this time we assess and manage together the range of day-to-day situations you encounter. Through this personalised service I will guide you each day towards achieving a slim and healthier body with a new perspective on how to maintain this successfully on your own after the programme.
