Lee Janogly is a best-selling author, fitness instructor and diet counsellor.
As well as writing books on ageing and health, Lee has written newspaper and magazine articles for UK and international titles over many years. Lee is the author of “Getting Old, Deal With It”, her new book about how to age happily and healthily. Since publication of the new book, Lee has written or been interviewed on the ageing process for a wide range of publications including BBC Radio 2, Talk Radio, the Metro newspaper, the Mail on Sunday YOU magazine, the Big Issue, the Ham & High (Archant) and many health and fitness websites.
Lee has been a fitness instructor for over 40 years. She originally trained as a dancer and taught jazz at the Dance Centre in Covent Garden. After qualifying as an instructor, she opened her own exercise studio called All That Jazz in the 1980s and continues to teach Stretch & Tone classes as well as attending other exercise classes several times a week at local fitness centres.
Broadcasting and media
For many years Lee presented in-flight exercises for Cathy Pacific, Gulf Air and Singapore Airlines. She has appeared on radio and television across the country to discuss aspects of ageing, diet and exercise.
