"I just wanted to say thank you so much for your wonderful life changing books. They say that in life "when the time is right the teacher will appear". I was at my wits end on holiday at Easter craving chocolate, having been dieting( yet again!!!) for a couple of months previously. I was about to throw the towel in again and submit to the demon chocolate, however I was rescued in a small newsagent when the one and only copy of Stop Bingeing leapt off the shelf at me. (Not literally or by some supernatural force!). I came out the shop with the book instead of the chocolate bar. After reading it I managed to stay in control for the remainder of the holiday and the rest they say is history. 'Only fat people skip breakfast' and your CD were purchased immediately on my return and many more personal lightbulb moments occurred. Yes, I've had a couple of lapses along the way as I'm not perfect but you are exactly right when you say this way of living cannot be unlearnt. I can now say I really believe I've finally got it! I am so looking forward to living the rest of my life as a slim person. I cannot recommend your books and method highly enough. Although very very reasonably priced they should be free on the NHS to everyone"
