lee1Lee Janogly is a fitness instructor, diet counsellor, columnist and author.


Lee has been a fitness instructor for over 30 years. She originally trained as a dancer and taught jazz at the Dance Centre in Covent Garden. After qualifying as an instructor, she opened her own exercise studio called All That Jazz in 1982. Lee still teaches aStretch & Tone Class three times a week.

Lee writes for a number of health and fitness magazines and had a regular column in Slimming magazine for three years. Lee is the author of Stop Bingeing! and Only Fat People Skip Breakfast.


For many years Lee presented in-flight exercises for Cathy Pacific, Gulf Air and Singapore Airlines. Lee broadcasts regularly on radio across the country whenever a ‘voice of reason’ is needed to take part in diet discussions.

“I just wanted to say thank you so much for your wonderful life changing books. They say that in life “when the time is right the teacher will appear”. I was at my wits end on holiday at Easter craving chocolate, having been dieting( yet again!!!) for a couple of months previously.
